Our Story

Founder Art Checchin began remodeling the homes of friends and family in September 1994. Since then, Win Win Redevelopment has grown from a one-man operation into a full-service general contracting company trusted by business owners, property managers, and developers. In June 2025, Art’s son, Artie Checchin, joined the family business, bringing his experience leading project management and business development for Fortune 500 companies. Artie’s focus is now building operational efficiencies and leading business development for Win Win Redevelopment.

Senior Superintendent Jeff Georgoulis has been instrumental to the success of the business, providing critical site leadership for several decades. Led by Jeff, our in-house team of skilled carpenters and demolition specialists allows us to maintain complete control over quality, schedule, and cost. That means faster turnarounds, seamless coordination, and the dependable results our clients have come to expect for decades.
